A podcast for women with a lot on their plates
Let’s face it, ladies, we’ve got a lot on our plate. In fact, most days we’ve got so much going on, it doesn’t even come close to fitting on just one plate.
This is a podcast about how to keep all of your plates spinning. What you have on your plates may not be exactly the same as mine. But, I’ve yet to meet a woman who doesn’t have at least seven of them, fully loaded, and spinning full speed.
Each episode, I’m joined by a different badass lady for a candid conversation covering everything from living healthy, to staying organized, to getting back on track after a setback.
We’ll share tried and true tips, personal stories and expert advice to help you make space on your plates for the things that matter most to you and maintain enough balance to keep them all in the air.
